Need help selecting a PSU

Ok, I am re-thinking my choice of PSU. It's a 480W supply with 2 fans a speed controller. Do I really need all the bells & whistles if I'm not gaming or overclocking? I want something that's quiet and at least 450W. An suggestions for a relatively cheap PSU?

I have a 20 pin mobo.

ocz modstream is pretty good, thats what i got. its 520 watt with 28amps on the 12v line.


EDIT: Its 124 canadian on this site www.pccanada.com, thats the store i got it from. SO In USA sites like newegg it should be like 100 or even 90 dollars.
