Need help with reinstalling windows!!!

alright well i know how to reinstall windows except for this one part...thats were u coem in . Right when i boot up the disk and it restarts my computer it asks if i have a mass storage controller such as Raid or scsi... then it tells me to specify and put in a disk. i have a Raid controller... and i used to have the disk but i lost it... i have a asus sk8v socket940 mobo and i rember finding the softwear i needed on the asus website i believe. I also have a Western digital hd... Anyone know were i can download that softwaer... Please help
