Question Need help with Processor Upgrade

I currently have a Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400 @ 2.7GHz.

I mainly use my desktop for casual gaming.

Current Processor Specs:
Package: Socket 775 LGA
Specification: Pentium(R) Dual-Core
Core Speed: 1200MHz
Bus Speed: 200MHz

I used a program called CPU-Z to get this motherboard info. (I'm not too familiar with motherboards). :

Manufacturer: MSI
Model: Boston 1.0
Chipset: Intel P35/G33/G31
Southbridge: Intel 82801GB (ICH7/R)
LPCIO: Fintek F71882F

BIOS (Brand): Phoenix Technologies, LTD
Version 5.24

I was hoping for someone to give me the best upgrade I can attain on a budget of about $110.

Thank you.

What sort of games do you play and what video card do you have?

Mostly for games it's the video card you need to be concerned about. If the performance isn't good then most likely that's what it is.
