it's discontinued. Just email them and see what you can get going.

you may need to get a copy of the invoice from the seller though.

I did already. Now we play the waiting game. But how will they know I'm not lying to get a free monitor? I don't have any proof besides the info on the monitor itself like the serial no.

they will typically help you out, but I can't guarantee that.

What is the manufacturing date on the monitor?
