Need help picking a gaming PC

I'm confused between 2 PC's that I'm considered buying. Can you guys tell me which PC would be optimum for games such as the Witcher 3, Dishonored 2 and Battlefield 1.

The first one has a better GPU in it so I would say that it is the better choice but you should be able to build a better one for the price if that is an option
