Default Need Help: My monitor off while video surfing

Pls. help to resolve my problem:

While surfing specially Youtube / Online Gaming or while operating Video Editors after some time my monitor screen off but CPU still working.

Is it problem of Graphics Card, RAM or monitor itself.

My system is Celron, 128 MB Ram

128Mb ram...i'm taking thats on your video card? or is that on your system. Cause i would think its time to upgrade. you could be maxing out your systems memory so it just shuts off on you.
