Default Need Help With Motherboard Issue

I have a G43MX-K with a 750W Power Supply, One Hard drive and One DVD Rewriter. For Some reason my windows XP says that my PCI Exp X16 does not have enough resources in the device manager. I have tried everything that I could think of. "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)" It is not even listed in Resources by Connection. I am at a loss, any Ideas?

Default Re: Need Help With Motherboard Issue

Check computer Memory (reseate if needed)

Test Memory a stick at a time using memtest86 Link for download

update drivers

check event log for more information,

increase vertual memory,

increase phisical memory if the motherboard will allow you to.

check the processor.

do these things first and we will more on to the next stage.

Kind Regards
