Default Need help with Linux Slackware

Has anyone ever tried installing slackware on two Sata drives with an ASUS SATA controller? I'm getting an error when I try to install it: "FDisk or something not recognized" blah blah blah. I suppose this has something to do with the fact that Slack doesn't have any drivers for the Sata controller on my motherboard. You guys have any ideas?
