need help internet slowing down

I didnt get any replies in the networking area so ill post it here.

my network has slowed down really bad. recently my pings in bf2 have been at 200 250 where im normaly at 40 or 50. Im using a router with dsl hooked up to three computers. I took some snap shots of netsend and it seems as if I have alot of listening ports. Is that ok?

people have said its the game... I have it for xbox and XBL is super slow and I only have 1 comp hooked up to my network. I've never played it for PC though.

Ive had trouble in the past with the acctual wiring of my cable outside. Overtime I slowly started to get packet loss = pings slowly rose over time untill the point where my internert just didnt work.

thats my experience with this sort of thing

thx guys for the help but after three days of searching i finaly found the culprit, my sister had discovered bear share and was leaving it on all the time allowing ppl to upload from us and that was messing it up.
