Need help with a game, a bunch of MDF and MDS files!?!?

hey guys, I just downloaded a game off of a torrent and it came in a bunch of rar files, and inside the rar files are two other files. One is a mdf and one is a mds. Someone told me to download alcohol 120 so I did, and Im lost from here on.

If anyone has msn or a mic. That would be awesome. I need help
