Need help figuring out whats wrong

Were you using on board video? If so, your board is shot seeing as how you have already tried different RAM.

I was afraid that this motherboard was dying on me. I knew I shouldn't have gotten an open box from newegg.com and now it's past 15 days. I really think there is something wrong with my case. This is the second motherboard it killed in a month. Can you guys recommend a motherboard for my processor and a case please?
