Unhappy Extracting problems (Yells)

Ok, well i downloaded something (not saying what) but, its several files, going in order of this:

rld-tes4.rar
rld-tes4.00
rld-tes4.01

And so on up to 29.

i cant extract them anywhere..i dont know wth, it keeps saying unknown format or the file is damaged..(highly doubt that)

Past 29 it goes like this:

rld-tes4.30
rld-tes4.31
rld-tes4.32
But its not showing up that it can be opened with WinRAR
up to .r88 it is like this
then after that the extension changes to .sfv

So what to do.. Any suggestions?

When i try to extract them anywhere it says "Archive not found" but when i double click on them it just says wrong format or bad file..

most likely it's a bad download missing an extention or part of the file.
