Need help choosing a new computer.

Thanks for the help, 400-600 would include everything, the monitor, os, mouse, parts, everything. I have only old outdated parts that i wouldn't want to use for a new computer. I can't think of any special hardware that i'd need besides, maybe a firewire port. I'd just like to have the most powerful machine for my budget.
