Default Need help choosing an Economy Graphics card for older (P4, celeron era) PC

My parents have a pretty decent Acer desktop we got a few years ago, and its only weak spot is the graphics (Because its just running off of built in graphics, go figure) and I was thinking I that I could take the older GeForce FX5200 from my desktop and put that in there, hopefully improving the basic use of their computer, which is used mostly just for internet surfing. So my actual question was, any recommendations for a PCI graphics card that would be an improvement over my not-to-exciting FX5200? My desktop is mainly used as a nice 5.1 sound system, but any type of videos, it doesn't do well. (Don't really have a need to replace the whole thing right now)
Thanks all

Any recent model PCI video card (if you can find any) will be more exciting than the 5200 FX.
