ok I installed it, now how do I change the icon of the CD I have inserted?

where do I go?

This program only changes the actual icons for the E or C drive, not the disk I inserted, the only discs hat are avalaibel are Audio CD, and CD-ROM Drive my disk isent there, even though I put it in my computer
