Get into that persons account
Save it to your Shared Folder.
Right click document>copy.
copy to the Shared folder or if you made a copy in the same folder just drag and drop to the shared folder.
the shared forlder is located in my computer>my network places>shared docs on [computer name]
Then go into your settings, and drag the folder to whatever folder you want it to be in.
