380 watts is too low to build anything substantial these days. You need a minimum of 400 watts for anything to be game-capable, at least more so than integrated graphics, and I would aim for 450-500 to be safe.

That being said, I put this one together for you, complete with a power supply I use today that has proven itself very capable.

Newegg.com - Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Newegg.com - LG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD±RW SuperMulti Drive - CD / DVD Burners

Hard Drive:
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD2500AAJS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Video Card:
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE FleX 100289FLEX Radeon HD 5670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card with Eyefinity

Power Supply:
Newegg.com - Rosewill RV2-700 700W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V SLI Ready Power Supply

Memory (RAM):
Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model 996768

Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 245 Regor 2.9GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX245OCGMBOX

Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - Operating Systems

Keep in mind, I put this together keeping money in mind. You can obviously do better if you spend more, but being a WoW player myself, this system will do fine.
