Need help with this

right i need help getting some information. i am woundering what the techguys at pc world use when they do a health check on the pc's and the laptops. i want to know exactly what stuff they are using like any windows system tools etc do they use stuff like msconfig, defragment tool, disk cleanup tool??

and i also what to know how to make my computer faster like when i click on internet explorer or microsoft word it takes a few seconds to load up i have got over 90% disk space on my comouter but still it is doing it can you give me everything i can try to make it faster? thanks alot in advance

Well here's a couple of things you can do:

-Run Virus/Spyware scan on a weekly basis.
-Avoid running unneeded programs/processes AKA delete crapware
-Have a good internet connection and cable to go with it (CAT5e)
-Defrag on a monthly basis

Can you also give specs? It could be that you're due for a hardware upgrade.
