well, the abit is known to be easier to setup so i would go with the abit...but over budget id go with the dfi.

over ocing....both are great!!

i want to transfer my os and all of my data from my old hd to my new hd. would flash memory sticks be best way? do they make 10 gb flash memory sticks?

Also use Bios to see your system temp, its the most accurate, and theres always Everest too
Get a Zalman if your on a budget got for a coolermaster

....no the max is 4....you will not be able to transfer your OS....unless you use the entire hard drive.....
