Only other ideas I can come up with right now are to clear out the temp files. Sometimes leftovers from previous installations can cause problems. You could also try Driver Cleaner to remove all traces of previous drivers before installing the new ones.

I got it to work (the latest drivers), I just let it sit there and didn't close it out when it hung and it loaded all the way, I guess when it says that a program is "not responding", it doesn't mean it will never respond, because it finished installing while I was asleep...
