Need download manager.

I need a download manager that can start and stop downloads at certain times like start at 5am end or pause at 6am. know any good software that can do this?

I like Free Download Manager. Not only can you schedule downloads, you can vary the amount of bandwidth you use. That was very handy when I was using DSL at 768Kbps.
