Need to control internet connection remotely - (stealth)

I need to be able to enable and disable the internet connection of a remote computer which uses a cable modem.

I'm not looking for software that let's you "mirror" remote computer such as:
VNC, GoToMyPC, LogMeIn, etc.

Please suggest something. Thanks.

Just run a telnet server on the computer and you can disconnect the internet from a shell

Reconnect however, good luck
