unfortunately not if you are planing on playing these kinds of titles at more then medium settings.

Damn that sucks, But i still don't really understand even if i put the setting to bare minimal i still get around the same fps and the skipping :/

if you are up for it a slight overclock might boost the performance by an extra 6-9 fps

I might as well haha, Im just hoping it would get rid of the skipping issue, that would make it playable for me

I think GTA 4 is a rather performance bugged game.

try this fix: GTA IV ..BETTER PERFORMANCE on PC !!!!!!

It appears in this review that it consistently comes in 3rd in game playing. Best thing it was able to do is video rendering.

Well i guess ill try and send it back and get something better, what would you recommend for a graphics card that can handle games like gta, day z, battlefield 3 and run good fps without lag. not trying to spend like 400 bucks :/

My EVGA does great on graphics intensive programs. EVGA GTX 650 ti. $159.00 at Newegg. It can be overclocked and tweaked 7 ways to Sunday.
