Need advice H-L2 1024ram-512ram fine?

Hey i really wanna get H-L2 and im wondering if my computer would have enough to run it with just 512ram or should i get 1024mb ram im probably gonna get it anywayz but i wanna know if it would be able to run H-L2 and would it improve over all

3.06ghz Ht
Pent 4
128mb Geforce Fx 5200 Le
512ram
120gig hdd

screw intel but
its barely ebough for it to play without lag so upgrade it

i'll do the ram first to 1 gig then i wanna save up for a 6600Gt 256mb would the Grphcs crd be fine it may be allight im gonna download the demo for www.ati.com and see if it'll run it and how

Yeah go with 1gb. HL 2 is a ram hog.
