Default Need a 1366 heatsink

My Xigmatek isn't doing too well. I idle at 40C and hit 60C with prime95 on a stock clock. I'm not too worried about money right now. So give me some good suggestions. Don't go overboard.

I think this classifies as overboard, but the price isn't thattt ridiculous. $55 Vigor Monsoon III

That's what I'm actually thinking about getting. I'm looking for other solutions. I don't understand why my Xigmatek is doing so bad.

Paste
If it's too thick it's a blanket.
Too thin and it might as well not be there.

Already thought about that. Wasn't the issue.

Ya, I also need a 1366 socket heat sink.... And would the Lapped TRUE fit in a
vertical tower, and will it eventually warp the board under its weight?
