I've had my Dell XPS M1530 for about 4 years now and it is about time for a new gaming laptop. It has had overheating problems from the day I got it and I have had the motherboard replaced several times through my dell warranty and it never helped. It's just a problem that seems to haunt this type of laptop. I'm wondering, can I call Dell and complain about it and receive any type of compensation. My warranty is up but I know sometimes that if there is a major problem with a product companies will give you a newer model or something like that. I would like to sell it but with this problem I don't think I can get much for it.
