the gpu isn't so bad. Most of them can take 100+ C before any chance of damage.
As for the bios settings, (btw, excellent explanation "you can change some stuff in your bios and it will do something" ) you could either underclock the cpu or lower the cpu voltage (this can make it unstable).

982 RPM on the CPU? There's your problem! And the fact you have no system fan doesn't help.
