Actaully, I only see one problem with this setup. The processor and MOBO. Get a socket 939! That will allow for future upgrades, and will give your MOBO a nice segway to the future as a result.

EDIT: No tv tuner and KB/Mouse, to get this in your budget i surgest a 3200 cpu as really that would still be alright for playing games, and then in a year when your feeling the effects of a slow cpu (compared to next years models) you could buy a better cpu for a lot less
