It's not bad. What are you going to be using it for? It should hold up for basic task and maybe a few games.

Mmm... the GPU has to be upgraded to at least an 8600.

The Proc will be fine with some Ocing.

The ram is friggin horrible. You need to get yourself some decent DDR2 800Mhz ram...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231098 - These are good.

Then you will of course need a good mobo, so go with a 680i. LT model if you are cheap.

GPU= graphics processing unit. Video card in other words. You will need an 8600gts to actually enjoy the game.

Mobo= motherboard.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&Tpk=680i%2blt
Processor= processor.
OCing= overclocking the processor.

Unleast you plan on sli'ing, this mobo will save you some cash:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128059

Definitely get the RAM Thelis suggested.

Get the e6750 for the Proc.

You'll need a Power supply (PSU):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...pk=hec%2borion

And if you wanna run crysis, you should really bite the bullet and get an 8800gt. You definitely could drop the sound card. Sound cards don't make that much of a difference anymore (newer mobos have great onboard sound) and that money would be a lot better if it where put towards the GPU to get an 8800gt.
