my psu enough ?

as you can see my rig below my system keeps freezing when i try and play games or benchmark could it be my psu getting stressed ? here are its specs

Zoostorm brand? It may very well be that you have a crappy PSU. Although technically it has enough watts/amps, it's from an off brand that you shouldn't trust.

I doubt even that much. If you have the money, I'd get a new PSU. An Antec or a Silverstone, 550 watts should be good. It'll cost a bit more, but in a high end build you cannot skimp out on the PSU.
