Default Is my power supply enough?

Building my wifes PC from existing parts and some new ones. Her current ps is 450watts, would it handle all of this?

Mobo: ASUS P5N-D
CPU: Dual Core E6500
Ram: 8GB DDR2
DVD Burner
GPU: GeForce 9500GT 1GB
7x Case Fans

Thanks in advance.

Personally, Id say it may well do. You just need to try it out first.
Maybe if ur processor was quad core which it isnt then it wouldn't but I think it should be able to handle it
If not, a 500w should be able to

A 450W PSU is plenty for those parts as long as it's a good quality PSU.

That rig won't draw 300W from the wall when stressed.
