Good chance HP did not OC your CPU. PC manufacturer's generally won't OC anything for you.

Umm how do you change the voltage cause my CPU is at around 40*C Idle and on 1.62v i think thats seems a bit high. I just put a new fan in cause it was at 48-50*C Idle before.

40 idle is fine if you are using a stock cooler. Try using AS5.

yes i know i do have some issues but...i have two 80mm is back 2 80mm in front and a side thing on the side that is not anything

the only thing i could do was take out those dumb-azz vents in the back. they are air killing! but i cant get them out. anyone know how to get them out
