Yup, that can handle Armed Assault 2 and any other game out there.

Now don't tell me it will when I overclock to 4.2, cause I'm not overclocking

It should. The recommended system requirements aren't very high.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400 + or faster
2GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8800GT, ATI Radeon 4850 or faster

But I figure recommended is that it will run on normal graphics without lag.
Problem is I am forking out $900 for a new computer, and I really want to go above and beyond.
But I am seeing people with 2.66Ghz processors running it on high with GTS 250, so I seem to Be O.K.
Foothead I fixed it

I dunno, the GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P is a mighty fine motherboard.
