Default My Mobo?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

does it support Phenom with a BIOS flash? and if so how do i do this? i've tried before and failed epicaly

BIOS version 0307 supports the Phenoms.
You can flash easily using ASUSupdate, a piece of software that should have been included with your mobo.
