you can change the CPU throttling temperature. Thats what he did, put it up to 75c, no problems with that.

Because in most computers they are. Take my laptop for example. It's a dell latitude Mobile P4. I don't know if it's Prescrap, but it gets hotter than any laptop I have EVER felt. You can't set it on your lap or in 5 minutes it will overheat. If you do anything with it for more than an hour the sound will get really laggy, and the games will get choppy. It works great though, a little champ. It pulled through WoW and CS 1.6 great with 99fps. I put in my mouse and it's a great machine for a Dell!

BUT IT'S TOO HOT!!! The temps get 70 to 80 Celcius at times.
