It should be on your bill or something,Some isp's bill you per MB you go over your limit,others speed limit.

I didnt know there were caps for downloading! I've downloaded over 20gb in the last month, and sometimes the same other months, yet i havent noticed a cap in any download rate... Or maybe this explains some of my other downloads going slower..

Yeah it all depends on your ISP,Some offer Unlimited downloads...
