well, we've gotten to tired of trying to work with it so we went out and got a 50ft ethernet cable for the connection instead of wireless and its 100%. we'll try to figure it out later. thanks for the help guys

Well sometimes doing something simple like setting the wireless connection thru the router with an ethernet cable instead will work. So try that way. Set all settings to router thru cable and then try the wireless. Also, check device manager and make sure the drivers for the wireless card is functioning ok, and look for updates for it aswell. And check for firmware updates for the actual router aswell. And if ya not already running it then install SP2 coz that solved alot of wireless problems aswell
