Default My first build

I was hoping I could get some more advice on my current build I have in mind. My computer is going to be for gaming and basic school needs. My budget is around $1,100. I posted it on another site and after ripping my original build to shreds and offering their advice, I've come up with this one and was looking for more feedback on it, so here it goes...

Case - COOLER MASTER RC-692-KKN3
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...504.11-119-215

Optical Drive - Sony Optiarc
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827118040

Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148433

GPU - EVGA 01G-P3-1373-AR GeForce GTX 460
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130568

Power Supply - XFX Black Edition P1-750B-CAG9 750W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817207003

Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231303

Processor - AMD Phenom II X6 1055
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103851

Motherboard - ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890FX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131655

My main concern is the 4GB of RAM and if everything is compatible...

Thank you for any comments and thanks for reading!

Would a 40GB SSD be worth it to put my OS on?

personaly ive never used g-skill ram, but ive heard that there pretty good. i can vouch for Corsair and Kingston, which makes outstanding ram. thats a very nice build you will have there my friend. about the ssd if you got the extra $ than go for it. before the ssd came out the hdd was the bottle neck of a pc. i think the ssd is the best thing to hit the pc in many many years.
