I cant just put in a disk and have it play. It will show a disk is in the drive in "my computer", but when i open it...nothing, sometimes it will show the files on the disk.I have to get into "disk management", where it is recognized and then open up the drive and they work. It was worse,as neither drive showed up at all in the device mgr. I replaced my c/d drive with another dvd burner, and both of them showed up. Have updated drivers, reset the defaults.
