Default My computer is shutting down automatically, please help.

Hi everyone at Computer forums,

I have a pc with windows XP running on it. Recently my pc has started to shut down automatically by itself.

When I am surfing the net or working on some documents it suddenly happens. Without warning my browser gets closed and all the documents get closed and the pc gets shut down automatically.

I have checked for viruses also but there were no viruses found on my system.

I have no idea what is going on. Somebody please help.

Are you asking about the Temp folder that stores all the junk? I haven`t checked it in a while. But I would also like to inform you that I have ccleaner installed on my system. Are you saying that temp files have something to do with my problem?

No he is asking the temperatures of your processor, could be an overheating issue. It also could be a faulty power supply.
