Hey, nice looking set up. Couple of suggestions. First, your ram could be better. The value ram is nice, but you can get better ram for cheaper!
Might i suggest this?

Also, i might suggest a larger hard drive if you plan on storing large amounts of files.

I agree 100%. You want PC3200 RAM, if not higher, and especially if it's cheaper! I'd strongly suggest you consider that, V8SplashMan.

And may I suggest this Hard Drive. It's the same type as yours with 40 extra GB, and only costs a little more after shipping is applied. It's the one I have, and so far I'm happy with it. Just a suggestion; I'd certainly pay $4~5 for an extra 40GB.

And you still need a PSU, a case, and maybe some cables for that SATA hard drive, unless of course you already have all that. Just letting you know .

Im not sure what case to get yet, because im kind of worried the motherboard is not going to fit right so i want to try research a few cases, and also I need my large Radeon graphics card to be able to fit in alright.

Im trying to decide though if 120GBS of space is enough? I could try upgrade but I dont think im gonna use that much space. I just want to use it to play some high end games on, and maybe download some music.

My old crappy computer has 40 GBs of space and it holds alot of music and some of my games on it so I think 120 will do unless you still think otherwise.

Im also mainly buying this comp to play Battefield 2142 as well as some other games I was not able to play on my old computer.

Oh also I have 650 watt power supply with every possible power connection you could ever need. I forgot to mention that.

instead of 4x512 i'd get 2x1gb i think you'll enjoy better performance with that, regardless of dual channel, it provides space for future upgrades and what not even though, using s939 already hinders you a bit in the fact that it doesn't use ddr2 memory. if you don't HAVE to get s939 i'd get atleast an AM2 proc/motherboard/ddr2 ram, or a e6400 core 2 duo. everything else looks alright though.

To see if the motherboard fits in the case, see if the motherboard is ATX, mATX or whatever and check it with the case. They usually say what types they can fit in.
