My computer keeps restarting..

Alright.. heres what happened..

I was doing some cleaning up and on the computer that popup went up saying im low on dic space.. so i clicked on it and it started compacting.. It was too slow so i had to cancel it. Now when i turn on the computer and in safe mode, it restarts at the welcome screen!

Please help

Its worse now.. it goes to a blank screen after the boot.. Nothing happens and i cant get into safe mode!

you might have damaged an Windows File.
Try reformatting and installing windows.

Try reformatting and installing windows.

BEFORE you reformat. try doing a repair install. Reformat as a last resort.
