Can You Hit The F2 Button On Boot Up And Get Into The Bios? You Might Find That You Can't Get Into Bios As It Is A Compaq.

Have you added any new hardware to you're computer? Check the RAM and Graphics Card. Make sure all is seated correctly. Maybe take the ram out and let it sit for a while.

Go Through All Of The Settings , Don't Change Anything, But See If Anything Stands Out As Being Wrong.
On My Other P.c It Has A System Restore Setting, (thats A Compaq) If You Can Hit Bthat It Will Take You Back To Day 1 Of You Computers Life. But You Will Keep All Your Files.
