It sounds like a Sassa worm of some sort, as you cant stay online long enough you will have to get a Friend to download an AV OR SPYWARE program for you then put it on a disc then you can run from your CD drive otherwise buy one or reformat windows.

its like i cant stay on anything long when i try to run one it exits me off of that too

What OS are you running? have you got a firewall installed?

yea a fire wall is installed was is a os and i did the sasser scan and i dont have one

OS is operating system, what are you running? XP HOME, PRO, VISTA? etc.

Have you run Windows Defender in Vista as that should pick up alot of viruses/malaware if you have any

champion if you struggle to figure out what os you are running...maybe it is best if you take your computer to a repair shop and get them to fix it.
