I think that if you're serious about making a stink you have no clue about, better pack to go home.
Schools get one hell of a deal from Microsoft. Bulk licenses and the whole rot. I'd be real careful about who toes you step on today. They may be connected to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow.

I'm sure your not the only "genius" who figured out how to access their serials. Someone else at that college could have very well leaked out their serial keys and thats how they ended up on that website you found...

...I would be VERY careful reporting anything. Colleges wouldn't run an operation like this. After all, they are all well-respected people with masters. They aren't stupid.
