My bro want me to build pc

Like build it with all the nesscary componets, but how will I program it?

You wont "program" the computer. You will simply need to install an operating system on the hard drive such as Windows Vista.

I was thinking linux, its free,sounds easy.
So alls I do is copy it to a disk, then hardrive install?

Yep. pretty much. You burn the ISO, then boot from CD. It will have a very straightforward menu on how to do it.

be sure to use debian. It doesn't have a fancy GUI for the installer, but the OS itself is much better.
