My Bluetooth Device is not working properly

My Laptop Bluetooth device is not working properly from some days ago. But I can not able to send/receive any data via it. When I ordered for data transfer then only a message is coming "Device not recognized". I uninstall Bluetooth software few time and reinstall it. But same problem faced. Is it for my Bluetooth Device problem or Bluetooth Software problem??

Are you installing driver of Bluetooth from original driver CD? If yes then certainly this is due to Bluetooth Hardware problem.
