So I finally decided to overclock my Athlon 64 3000 today, I was able to get it to 2.655GHz completely stable, here are some screenshots:

http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=1/018395568.jpg&s=x11 ...in this one the ram is supposed to be running at 228 but it's only running
189MHz, what gives?

It's running on stock cooling and idles at 30. I haven't put it under full load yet because I don't have time. Any suggestions on how to get it up to 2.7GHz, I'm thinking the ram is killing me here. Or maybe a power supply problem, I have the Thermaltake TR2-430W.

did you turn up the voltages? and did you run prime 95 to make sure its stable? what thermal paste did you use to get it to idle at 30 degrees @ 2.65ghz....mine is at 37 degrees @ 2.2ghz

The voltage at one point hit 1.78V, I figured that's way to high and brought it down to 1.59V. No I've yet to run prime 95 (I know I should I just haven't really had time since that computer isin't hooked up to the internet yet). I'm using all stock cooling and the stock thermal pad.
