Are you sure that it is mcafee that is stopping you from running the program.
Exactly what does the message say when you try to run it.

ohhhhkay... nvm i got it running. apparently i was trying to run hijackthis . bizarre. :-/ yep so its running now and then ill post the list

now how do i copy it in here since it wont let me highlight anything

click the save log tab at the bottom left corner and it will file the log in a folder in "my documents" on notepad or wordpad.
Now close out hijackthis program without doing anything to it....locate the log file you just saved..open it and copy and paste to the forum posting.

there is no save logs tab... it says i have to register whenever i try to click any of the items too
