i wonder... i mean i am confused... which is right one?

i bought used bfg 7800 gs OC 258mb (agp) for 60cdn

i only need emergency to see my computer because this month, i am going to build another powerful 1000cdn project computer like my 5 years old computer...

anyway...

i check psu requirement...

nvidia recommends 350 watts
bfg recommends 400 watts BUT ( 12v and 20 amp or more= 240 watts or more???)

my PSU is enermax eg365e-pv.... its 350 watts but ( i think 350 TO 395 watts... as i calculate this +3.3V@32A, +5V@32A, +12V@26A, -5V@1A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2.2A )

so i think my psu can handle that video card because of 12v*26a = 312 watts

RIGHT? i have to make sure that psu can handle that video card very well...

<< already install and run it without any problems

please take a look at this

btw i notice that gpu overclock seems not right according to other two tester programs...

oddly, i have over 160 fps on the stress vido card tester... and beat mostly average computers....

really is it fine?!

ps. please explain me about how to read psu label... i am not sure if i am right...

did i come to wrong forums to ask?

i think my psu able to handle my 7800gs very well....

Well, according to it, it works, but be sure you are concient that you are probably being under load right now. Don't add more peripherals, or you might have problems starting the PC.

If you are more confortable speaking English or French, you can go ahead. I can read, speak and write both.
